The focus of our '6 M's of Marketing' Team Training Workshop is on the Sixth Key of the '10 Keys to a Profitable Business' Marketing. 
 
When it comes to Small and Medium Sized Business, Marketing is usually a bit of an Achilles heel. The most common weaknesses are that the vast majority of business aren't working to any kind of plan or budget, tactics are usually randomly tried and very rarely are the results tracked. This workshop will change all of that for your business using our proprietary '6 M's of Marketing' framework.
 
  • Typical Event Content and Outline:
    • The '6 M's of Marketing'
      • 1st M: Market(s): Defining your Target Market(s) clearly and succinctly, demographically, geographically and psychographically
      • 2nd M: Message(s): Defining what your message(s) to your market(s) are, your UMSP's (Unique Meaningful Selling Points), your Brand Messaging as well as potential Call to Action Messages and Offers
      • 3rd M: Mediums: Using our proprietary 'Marketing Mediums Checklist' you'll prioritise which mediums (from a list of 60 plus mediums) have the most potential for your business
      • 4th M: Money: Quite simply, what budget does your company have for your Annual Marketing Plan? How many leads does your company need to generate this year?
      • 5th M: Management: Implementing your finalised Marketing Plan (ensuring all mediums selected are implemented)
      • 6th M: Monitoring: Tracking your Targets Vs Actuals and the results of your Marketing efforts, which mediums are performing and which aren't, do you need to improve some mediums and cancel some altogether?
